LACMA

We were hoping to do the Paramount Studio Tour this morning, but it was booked out so we headed off to the Los Angeles County Museum of Art instead. As you can imagine, Paul was in his element!
This cool artwork at the entrance has a whole lot of LA streetlamps placed right next to each other.

One of the most famous pieces in the LACMA collection.

We were at LACMA until it was almost dark, then headed to the Farmer's Markets at The Grove in West Hollywood for Mee Goreng at a funky place that serves your food on banana leaves. For dessert we couldn't resist sharing a huge sundae of amazing home made ice-cream. We chose Butter Pecan and Mocha Almond Fudge because they felt like the most LA flavours to choose... gotta justify eating it somehow!

The sundae from heaven.
In the Farmers Market we found a shop that sold only hot sauce. Crazy! They even had Kaitaia Fire.

Naturally, Paul had to buy some Californian hot sauce.

Off to bed now - tomorrow is a big day.
