Two weeks ago, I asked my Facebook friends to help me decide whether it was worth going to Sheffield (a five hour return high-speed train trip) to see a show.
The decision was made swiftly when one of my friends responded to say that not only was he travelling up with some friends on the exact day we were thinking of going, but he had actually designed the sets too!
Sheffield is... a bit of a hole. But in the short time we had to spend before and after the show, we managed to grab a quick German sausage at the small Christmas markets, and even visit the art gallery!
The show was world class, the company was great, and we even got to see the Lego Christmas tree by chance when passing back through Kings Cross station on the way home.
